Oh god of all things horror, when will we ever get to see the Angela Bettis-staring SCAR? You remember, (maybe), it’s that slashfest shocker that was shot in 3D! It actually predates this year’s MY BLOODY VALENTINE which wound up being a 3D smash. You’d think that with VALENTINE’s success, producers would feel a little more at ease unleashing SCAR on the masses.
Well, folks in the UK certainly don’t have our problem. SCAR enjoyed a nice theatrical release there and is now heading to DVD in a Limited Gruesome 3D Edition. You’ll find the cover art up top. It will be released on March 2nd via Universal Pictures UK. The cool part? It’s coming with two pairs of 3D glasses. Why can’t we get this kind of treatment in the U.S.? I want some SCAR! Is Mike gonna have to cut a bitch? Maybe I should just calm down and remind you of the plot:

Come on, just release it already. It couldn’t be as horrible as the long-delayed AMUSEMENT was. That would be f*cking impossible. SCAR was directed by Jed Weintrob from a script by Zack Ford. It also stars Kirby Bliss Blanton, Devon Graye, Ben Cotton, and Christopher Titus.
