Mean Horde pics

One genre flick that I’m predicting will be a sleeper hit whenever it’s released is THE HORDE from French directors Yannick Dahan and Benjamin Rocher. Just look at the friggin pics up top and below! I see some mean mother-f*ckers! The second I caught sight of these pics, my “creepy freaks” radar was piqued. There’s an intensely savage nature to these images which usually spells “kick-ass” for a horror movie. Click here to check out some more pics on the official MySpace page.

The other reason why I feel THE HORDE has the potential to kill is because it is being produced by Xavier Gens, the sick bloke who made the visceral FRONTIER(S). This dude knows how to showcase a bloody good story. And what a story THE HORDE has! Just check this scenario: An end of the world battle between gangsters, cops and zombies.

That right there, my friends, is one sweet recipe for a good time! Mark my words: THE HORDE will turn some heads! It’s supposed to release some time this year, but we don’t yet know when. The cast is comprised of Eriq Ebouaney, Jean-Pierre Martins, Aurélien Recoing, Jo Prestia, and Claude Perron.
