Horror Experiment 7

Now here’s an interesting post-apocalyptic film experiment: Compile a group of “horror indie darlings” and use them to put together a brand new genre effort. First off, the darlings: Joe Davison (100 TEARS), Alan Rowe Kelly (EAT YOUR HEART OUT), Timo Rose (director of BARRICADE), Rod Grant (100 TEARS), Raine Browne (BARRICADE), and Dwight Cenac (COUNTRY ROAD 14). Now, on to the collaboration:

This flick is going to be called EXPERIMENT 7 and it will go a little something like this: Dr. Felix Copper is a dedicated scientist who has vowed to save mankind. And in the post nuclear world he just might be its only hope. While traveling through the devastated ruins of city after city he teams up with two unlikely heroes, Sam and William, two survivalists who have made it a habit of saving him from the onslaught of mutants that constantly get in their way. It isn’t until they meet Aco, a supermodel turned weapons expert, that they realize their full potential and really start to get the upper hand. Now Dr. Copper just may be able to do what he was sent out to do, save mankind.

Sounds like a potentially ass-kicker of a flick! The right kind of people are certainly behind it. Davison will be the one directing and everyone else will have a starring role. EXPERIMENT starts shooting this month in New York, Germany, and Florida. It’s looking to be ready for release some time in October. I’ll give you more on this as I hear it.
