Murder Loves dates

It’s been a little while since I heard about the absolutely fantastic sounding horror slasher MURDER LOVES KILLERS TOO (see The Pub’s outstanding review here). I personally can’t wait to see this baby (pretty nice poster for it up top, huh?) and if I happen to be in Malaga, Spain on November 8th or 11th, I will indeed check it out on the big screen!

What the hell?! You may be saying and rightfully so. Here’s your clarification: MLKT just scored a spot at the 18th edition of FANCINE in Spain. Yes, I’ve never heard of it either, but obviously it’s some sort of film festival. So, congratulations to writer/director Drew Barnhardt!

In case you weren’t already aware, here is MLKT’s plot: Big Stevie has a sexual problem. Murder is how he has sex. And Big Stevie knows that there is no better way for a repressed killer to blow off steam than killing a bunch of care-free free-spirited teens. After her friends are all chopped, carved, and slashed, sweet young Aggie is left alone to face off against this unreasonable psycho. Now she’s got a pervert on her hands. A big one. And Big Stevie’s problem could become Aggie’s problem real fast.

How can you beat that?! And if that ain’t enough to stir your interest, then I must remind you of the flick’s scream queen stars up top, below and here. Just outstanding! I don’t know when MLKT will be releasing in the U.S., but for now you can check out the trailer at its official site here.
