We have ourselves another low-budget, fromage-fest of horror coming our way. (In case you didn’t know, fromage means “cheese” in French. Sorry for using a foreign language for alliteration purposes.) Anyhoos, the movie I’m speaking of is called DENIZEN and comes courtesy of writer/director J.A. Steel who’s no stranger to tough chick genre flicks (see SALVATION and THE THIRD SOCIETY). From the shot above, DENIZEN looks to follow suit as well. Here’s a taste of the plot:
Peace gets shattered in a small town, when suddenly a mysterious creature starts to leave a bloody trail. The last hope for the residents to fight the terror and prevent the destruction by military forces rests on the courage and the resourcefulness of a small group of scientists.
Sounds riveting, don’t you think? Well, at the very least, it could make for some check-your-brain-at-the-door fun. Plus, there is an abundance of hot ladies in the cast, including a special appearance by none other than horror’s #1 vixen, Tiffany Shepis (below)! You’ll also get Julie Corgill-Lisandro (CHEERLEADER MASSACRE), Dianne Sullivan, Anna-Maria E. Angles Hart, and Jody Mullins. The dudes in the cast are Glen Jensen, Ben Bayless, and Drew Nixon.
