Unfortunately, I’ve really got nothing new to say about SAW V. I’ll see it on DVD, as I’ve done with every other installment. I can’t deny my curiosity, since the series has officially gone off the wall and can only get more ridiculous. Looking at the synopsis – In this terrorizing instalment, Hoffman is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends… – you can already tell we’re going to encounter more villains, as the franchise continues to rewrite its own history…
Opening October 24, the David Hackl-directed flick stars Tobin Bell, Costas Mandylor, Meagan Good (pictured below, wearing the shirt I gave her), Julie Benz, Betsy Russell, Mark Rolton, and that bonehead Scott Patterson (ugh, die early please).
