This is the calm before the storm. News is a little slow at the moment, as Comic-Con just begins to spin its wheels. In a day – hell, a few hours – there will be a barrage of pictures/posters/interviews and the like headed your way. For now, we wait…
Oh, right, this article was supposed to be about something. Seems as though everyone’s favorite New Zealand stunt girl Zoe Bell is getting her own online series, entitled ANGEL OF DEATH.
The story has Bell as an assassin who turns on the individuals who hire her when a head wound causes her to feel haunted by her victims.
The series, produced by Sony and comic-book artist Ed Brubaker, will air on Crackle.com. It will eventually end up on DVD. 10 episodes will be produced, the whole shebang is budgeted at a decent $1 million.
As long as she’s looking fit, and still has that adorable accent, I’ll watch her recite the Bible while kicking puppies off a cliff. She’s that cool!
