Way back in March, I told you guys here about a horror flick from Twisted Pictures that used to be called TORTURED (a new name has not yet been picked). Anyway, as of now, the flick also used to have Charlie Sheen as its star. That’s right, Denise Richards’ ex has been kicked to the curb like a $2 hooker. And that’s just fine with me. Honestly, to me Sheen somehow seems to have lost his appeal as an actor. And apparently, the Sheen loss has created a wonderfully sexy gain for Twisted Pics in the shapely form of Ms. Erika Christensen (above and below)!
The sultry star of FLIGHTPLAN and TRAFFIC is officially the first to be cast in the film. There’s now word yet on exactly whom she’ll be playing, but from the synopsis below, I’m going to take a guess and say the wife. Have a look and judge for yourself:
The film is a journey of an average, loving couple, CRAIG and ELISE, who hit their limit after they experience the loss of their 5 -year old son to a pedophile. Once the judicial system also fails to deliver, the couple is forced to turn inside and releases the animal that lives within all civilized people. The picture is quite compelling, the ending is unpredictable and the film has a moral message.
That’s a pretty heavy plot, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I’m actually a big fan of “average people pushed to go nuts” movies. U.T.P. (that’s Untitled Twisted Picture) is being directed by Rob Lieberman (FIRE IN THE SKY) from a script by Marek Posival. I’ll let you all know more info (like an actual title) as I hear it.
