IESB has a few new photos from Fox’s X-FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE up now, and I’ve hijacked a few for you. But BEWARE! – At least ONE of them looks to be spoiler-y. Then again, I doubt Fox would release anything TOO revealing, as they’ve been very careful with the handling of this film so far… Here we’re getting a look at some of the new characters in the flick, namely Billy Connolly, Amanda Peet, and Xzibit (because honestly, at this point I’m fairly familiar with Gillian Anderson’s wide-eyed gasps and Duchovny’s blank stares).
Here’s the plot for the 2nd X-FILES film: When a group of women are abducted in the wintry hills of rural Virginia, the only clues to their disappearance are the grotesque human remains that begin to turn up in snow banks along the highway. With officials desperate for any lead, a disgraced priest’s questionable “visions” send local police on a wild goose chase and straight to a bizarre secret medical experiment that may or may not be connected to the women’s disappearance.
