Another Jason victim

Jason Voorhees just keeps on racking up the co-stars. Last week we got a bevy of young bodies for Jason to hack at, and just a few days ago we found out who his momma is. Now Variety reports that actor Arlen Escarpeta has joined the Marcus Nispel-directed flick, now shooting in Austin, Texas… It should also be noted that Daniel Pearl (both versions of THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE) is listed as the movie’s cinematographer.

Escarpeta has been featured in the films WE ARE MARSHALL, THE TEN (which is pretty damn funny, btw), and was a major player in the t.v. show AMERICAN DREAMS. Now I think it’s safe to say he’ll be fodder for Jason’s machete…
