Aullidos scored one of the very first shots of the upcoming Alexandre Aja horror film MIRRORS, due out on August 15 from 20th Century Fox. The picture is obviously showing us that the movie stars actual mirrors, alongside Kiefer Sutherland.

The film is about a cop-turned-department store security guard who discovers that there is something evil living inside the store’s old mirrors. He traces haunted occurrences back to the building being a hospital and a schizophrenic patient’s evil spirit trapped in a mirrored room.

This is Aja’s first directorial effort since THE HILLS HAVE EYES. Up next for him is a(nother) remake of PIRANHA.

MIRRORS also stars Amy Smart, Cameron Boyce, Jason Flemyng, and the ravishing Paula Patton (below).
