You like the new twist on ‘dead or alive?’ See, they switched them around for this one… clever, yo! In all seriousness though, I have no idea what the flock this is about, but this is one scary-ass looking dude sporting some scary-ass looking weapons… and that’s all I really need to know. With the school bus in the background, I can only assume a JEEPERS CREEPERS 2 type situation, but one can never know… until they pick it up and check it out.

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD – May 20th
Everyone gripes about THE EVIL DEAD as to how many releases it’s had over the years, but seriously… I’m pretty sure NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD has it beat hands down! Haven’t they released a ‘newly mastered’ NOTLD version like six times already? Is this new edition really necessary? Yeah, the cover is cool, but let’s face it… the movie hasn’t changed! I guess you should pick this up for the commentaries, and maybe for a feature or two… you know, if you’re into that kind of thing. Otherwise, if you already own a copy of NOTLD, it’s safe to assume you can pass on this one (and if you don’t already own a copy of this… shame on you!).

THE TATTOIST – June 24th
First off, this ain’t the DVD cover. That’s coming soon. With that out of the way, I never caught this beast in it’s limited theatrical release, but the whole idea and concept behind it was something I could appreciate. While I have a few tattoos, I’ve always wanted one that covers my entire arm (sleeves, if you will), but simply don’t have the balls to do so. This dude has it on his arms and his back… that’s pretty badass. So if nothing else, check this beast out if you have an appreciation for tattoos, and want to see how they slam it with a horror twist.

VOICE – July 15th
Simply put, this is one of the f*cking coolest DVD covers I have ever seen. There, I said it. F*cking coolest EVER. I want to throw up just by looking at it, and yet… I can’t look away. I have never heard of this movie, nor do I really know what it’s about, but with a cover like this–f*ck it–I don’t need to know! Sign me up!

THE SKULL –June 3rd – Because Peter Cushing is an original gangstah when it comes to horror shows like this.
HELL’S GROUND –June 24th – Because it seems that a reliable source has said good things about it.. and the cover art is kinda crazy.
THE SITTER – June 17th – Because this is one hot sitter, sporting one hammer covered with meat chunks and hair… I have a feeling this is gonna be a winner.
