Bloody Disgusting has got some juicy casting news for the latest FRIDAY THE 13TH film, which begins shooting in Texas next week. Danielle Panabaker (right), Aaron Yoo, Travis Van Winkle, and Willa Ford (below) have all been set up as victims for Jason (Derek Mears). Okay, well that’s not confirmed, but who’re we kidding here?
The four join Mears, Jared Padalecki, and Amanda Righetti in the remake, which is being directed by Marcus Nispel, from a screenplay written by Mark Swift and Damien Shannon.
Panabaker portrayed the crazy daughter of Kevin Costner in MR. BROOKS; Yoo is well-known as Shia LaBoeuf’s friend in last year’s DISTURBIA; and Van Winkle was last seen being a douchebag to the very same Shia (!) in TRANSFORMERS. Willa Ford has mostly been a recording artist, but recently portrayed Anna Nicole Smith in the upcoming ANNA NICOLE. Anna would be proud…
