Friend of Arrow in the Head and super Scream Queen Tiffany Shepis broke the cool news to FEARnet that she recently shot a pilot for an NBC reality show called FACE-OFF, which focuses on a Special Effects competition.
Ms. Shepis told the website: “I just shot a pilot for NBC called Face-Off which is a Special Effects competition reality show that I’m hosting. Hopefully that goes and you can watch me on TV every week.”
“I brought in a bunch of friends of mine to do interviews. Like James Gunn who directed Slither, Ken Foree from Dawn of the Dead, and a few others. There are a bunch of people working on the pilot that aren’t necessarily on the show. But we’ll know in a few weeks if that gets picked up.”
I’m going to set my DVR right now anyway… While it seems like a slightly unusual program for NBC, let’s not forget that practically every other occupation has been exploited for Reality T.V. – so “Face-Off”, and “America’s Favorite Prostitute” are just about the only new ideas left. (Note: the brandname “America’s Favorite Prostitute” is owned by Eric Walkuski. All rights reserved.) Here’s hoping that Tiffany finds success with her newest venture – and that it doesn’t take too much time away from her awesome film projects. (When the hell is “Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula” coming out?! 🙂

Rrrooowwr…!
