Zombie’s next NOT Nail?

Just a quick update kids. A couple of days ago I wrote an article about Rob Zombie’s next feature, entitled TYRANNOSAURUS REX.
Word got out that this project was actually an adaptation of the graphic novel Zombie had written with Steve Niles called THE NAIL, about a wrestler fighting a satanic biker gang.

Well, I wrote Steve Niles and asked for his thoughts on the matter… He told me he wrote Zombie, and Zombie replied that T-REX ISN’T based on THE NAIL. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t delve into it any further…

So there you have it. Zombie has a history of misleading the press – but Niles doesn’t, at least, not that I know of. Basically, we still don’t know for sure what the deal is with this project, but since I had this teeny bit of info, I wanted to share it. That’s all for now, folks!
