Here it is, finally, a real look at MY NAME IS BRUCE – in trailer form! The long-awaited comedy (starring and directed by Bruce Campbell), which still doesn’t have a set release date, looks like a big old bowl of fun – but trailers can be tricky temptresses, seducing you for your money before destroying your dreams and stabbing you in the heart (yeah, I’ve been hurt before).

It just popped up on Youtube and amusingly portrays Bruce Campbell as an alcoholic jerk who is kidnapped by some townsfolk who have mistaken him for the “Ash” character he plays in the EVIL DEAD movies. Their reasoning is that he’ll be able slay a murderous monster that’s recently been giving them the business. There are many delicious moments to be enjoyed, but the one that has Campbell inadvertently shooting people is a highlight. Watch below and enjoy!
