Asylum’s Monster/Omega

Those shameless cut-ups at Asylum are at it again, unleashing a new batch of completely original films with epic storylines and groundbreaking effects work. Previously, they’ve released such notable flicks as H.G. WELLS’ WAR OF THE WORLDS, TRANSMORPHERS, SNAKES ON A TRAIN, HALLOWEEN NIGHT, and *gulp* THE 9/11 COMMISSION REPORT?! Jeez, I hope they did that one justice… You see the pattern here.

Perusing their site, it’s apparent that they haven’t been sued into bankruptcy, as they got a few upcoming titles ready to go: I AM OMEGA (which just came out, so run don’t walk…), AVH: ALIEN VS. HUNTER (Mmm, that’s a good one), and MONSTER – a movie I’m shocked isn’t called BLOVERFIELD, or maybe CLOVER-SEALED (it’s also the only one that doesn’t look totally ridiculous).
