Orphanage clips

Guillermo Del Toro has his name floating around a lot lately, especially with the Juan Antonio Bayona directed film, THE ORPHANAGE (EL ORFANTO). The film, produced by Del Toro and written by the man writing 3993, Sergio G. Sánchez, is about a wife who moves into an old orphanage from her youth in an attempt to revitalize the property and make it a haven for children with special needs. When her own son goes missing, she suspects something supernatural is afoot.

As the anticipation of this film grows, various little items have been popping up here and there, including 2 clips from the film over at Shock Till You Drop.

I can say that this is one of the only films that I’m patiently waiting for, and I don’t want to spoil it for myself, but if you’re so inclined to check it out, go to the page here. The film opens on December 28th 2007.
