Stuart Gordon is one talented filmmaker. Some may just blow him off as director of horror flicks along the likes of RE-ANIMATOR, which is a great film, but seen as gore-fill schlock to some folks. Then he hit us last year with EDMOND, and gave a whole new dimension to what he’s capable of: the psychotic thriller.
Least to say then that his upcoming thrill-ride STUCK has me waiting in sweet, sweet anticipation. Starring Mena Suvari and Stephen Rea, the flick centers on the events after a horrible hit-and-run, in which the driver finds that her fate is directly linked to the victim. I can only imagine the craziness that will be going on here.
The boys over at B-D scored the first two images from the film, and not only do they showcase Suvari in mid-crash (seen here), but they also feature one said victim of the hit-and-run in question, and it is not pretty. Best you go check it out for yourself HERE.
No word on the exact details of it’s release, but you know you can keep it here for the skinny once the announcement is made. Will this be Gordon’s next masterpiece in horror? Oh, I certainly hope so….
