Crows Zero trailer

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t absolutely love
Takashi Miike. His films, while sometimes visually disturbing, are always
extremely entertaining. Now this may be the Miike fan boy talking in me, but I
think that the
trailer
for his latest, CROWS ZERO is
looking absolutely amazing and could prove to be his best work yet!

A prequel adaptation to Hiroshi Takahashi’s
incredibly successful manga CROWS, CROWS ZERO shows a bitter and
violent battle battle between rival gangs at a high school. It may not sound
like much now, but after peeping the trailer at the
official site,
you may change your mind.

I haven’t personally read CROWS, but after
doing a little research about it for this article I’ve decided to keep my eye
out for it. As shallow a plot as a gang war may seem, CROWS has somehow
taken this seemingly weak plot and built an incredibly deep story line on top of
it. Which will mean nothing but good things when Miike gets his hands on it!

So make sure to check out the trailer over at the
official site
and if you have read CROWS why not spit some bullets below and let us all
know how it is.

Hey Miike, got room for one more in the cast?
