
J.T. Petty, director of the upcoming scare flick THE BURROWERS, decided he didn’t have enough to do so he started blogging about the day and the life of being on production. He even hooks it up with a few pictures (like the one above) and small tidbits you might not find on the film’s eventual DVD commentary.
Like what, you say? How about like the tobacco pouch made from a man’s scrotum that a character in the film carries around. You heard that right. And you can see it too, if you check out the man’s BLOG over at FEARnet.
There’s something very ‘real’ about blog’s coming live at ya from the set- as they’re talkin’ about stuff in the now, not a year later from memory (like DVD commentaries). It’s a good way to see what’s going on in production, and how a director’s mind works.
