Variety announced this morning that British actress Nathalie Press has just signed up to star in the upcoming ‘psychological thriller’ KNIFE EDGE, for director Anthony Hickox (HELLRAISER III: HELL ON EARTH). KNIFE EDGE, eh? Sounds to me like a movie about knives… and their sharp edges.
Actually, it’s about a Wall Street trader whose efforts to settle in a rural English idyll with her young son are wrecked by nightmarish visions. Nightmarish visions, of course, of knives… and their notoriously sharp edges, no doubt. The film co-stars Hugh Bonneville, Joan Plowright, Matthieu Boujenah, Tamsin Egerton, Jamie Harris, Lorcan O’Toole and newcomer Miles Ronayne. And don’t feel too bad if none of those names rang a bell, because they sure don’t ring any of mine.
According to IMBD, the flick’s already filming, though there are times I believe IMBD is psychic and can see in the future about projects that either haven’t happened (yet), or about productions that haven’t even started (yet). Feel me? Stick around for more on KNIFE EDGE as we hear it!
