This past weekend I had a chance to sit down and talk all things ghoulish with graphic-novel god Steve Niles, and later this week my interview will be available on the site. (Super nice guy, folks!)
Everyone seems unanimously blown away by the trailer for the adaptation of 30 DAYS OF NIGHT, and a nice treat was actually standing next to Niles while we watched it in front of a roomful of excited horror geeks – and yes, even he thinks it’s freakin’ awesome. Today Fangoria has tossed up two more images from the movie that are appropriately chilling: one of Josh Hartnett rockin’ an axe (which will meet many a vampire skull, no doubt), and one of a creepy-looking bloodsucker wearing what seems to be a nice ensemble from the J.Crew catalogue.
Check back later this week for my interview with Mr. Niles. 30 DAYS OF NIGHT opens October 19, a date I’m pretty sure we’ve all already got marked down.
“Don’t worry Josh, I’ve got your back!”
