Outpost picked up

As if World War II and the Nazis weren’t horrific enough, Steve Barker’s OUTPOST deals with the horrors of finding an abandoned Nazi bunker that has a few left over experiments still crawling around inside. Spooky, eh?

The story here sounds pretty cool, so when Variety announced this morning that OUTPOST has been picked up by Sony Pictures for US and UK distribution, I couldn’t be flippin’ happier! The flick stars Ray Stevenson, Richard Brake, and Michael Smiley, and wrapped production earlier this year. No word whether or not this will receive the theatrical treatment, or be directed straight to DVD, but the fact that it will be widely released is cool enough for me either way.

Stick around for that release date as we hear it!
