I’m going to write a book, damnit. This guy John Katzenbach writes books, and guess what? He just got paid SEVEN figures for the film rights to one, THE MADMAN’S TALE. Guess what else? He’s also writing the screenplay! That probably means another six figs right there. I would have absolutely no problem writing a story about an alleged rapist who hides out amongst mental patients in an insane asylum, and then turning around and selling it for big dough (not going to write that story though, that’s what Katzenbach’s book is about!)
I know you’re saying “Well why don’t you just write a book already, you complainin’ bizatch!” I don’t wanna, that’s why! (stomps feet and folds arms)
Sorry for the whining. It does sound like a cool story, since in my world mental patients = fun! Alleged rapists? Ehh… I could do without them. Although if they tell a good joke and buy a few rounds, I’ll be able to focus solely on the “alleged” part.
