Terror Train rolls on

Good God, it seems like every night I find myself in this same awkward predicament, and I’m starting to lose it. So be fearful, this may indeed be the last time I can report on a horror remake where the original starred Jaime Lee Curtis; after this, I just might snap.

Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, here we go: a remake for the 1980 film TERROR TRAIN has been in development for quite some time now, but one major stumbling block for the studio was trying to find a director for the film. But it looks as though they have finally found their man, as Gideon Raff will write and direct the flick with Nu Image producing. The goal at this point is for filming to begin this summer in the tropical paradise region known as Bulgaria.

The plot for the film, or at least the original went like this: a bunch of college kids are throwing a costumed New Year’s Eve party aboard a moving train, the only problem is that a masked killer is on board as well, and he is looking for payback from a botched prank that took place years earlier.
