It’s like a buddy movie, with hellfire and stuff.
Coinciding with JimmyO’s little sneak peek of GHOST RIDER, Sony Pictures have relaunched the official site for the film, complete with new stuff to see and download, as well as some cool flash games (one of which reminds me of EXCITE BIKE for some reason). The site also includes profiles of the various characters in the film, which also include even more gallery photos and wallpapers.
The site is also pretty flash-intensive, so for those with 56K connections, you’d best beware. In my opinion, with all the glitz this site has going on, it makes it seem like Sony is overcompensating for something, like the fact that the film’s been taking forever to get to theatres or that it’s a big disappointment. I hope not, since I’ve been waiting forever for the damn thing (and because I liked Johnson’s other Marvel effort, DAREDEVIL) and because GR is such a kickass character.
Enough stalling, rev on over here and mark February 16th on your calendar.
