Jordan Ladd, the hottie with a chewed up face in Eli Roth’s classic CABIN FEVER, is joining Roth yet again with a cameo in his upcoming HOSTEL: PART II.
Variety reports that Ladd will play Jay Hernandez’s girlfriend in the sequel, though no other info on her, the plot or her character has been revealed. Very cool beans on the HOSTEL front, as Ladd did a kick ass job in FEVER, and it’s always nice to see a familiar face (even if that face was eaten off by a dog the last time we saw it…).
In other Ladd news, Fangoria reports that she also has a role in Quentin Tarantino’s DEATH PROOF, one half of the genre lovers wet dream, GRINDHOUSE. Do I smell a new scream queen taking over the genre? I sure as shit hope so- she’s smokin’! And if you’ve ever seen CLUB DREAD, you know exactly what I’m talkin’ about… if not, then for no other reason, check that movie out!
GRINDHOUSE hits theaters April 6th, and HOSTEL: PART II will likely hit sometime this spring (though no offiicial date has been set yet).
