Sideshow deals Japan

Sideshow Collectibles is keeping busy this week with an announcement today that they’ve reached a deal with Japanese toy company Jun Planning on the distribution of Jun’s CORPSE BRIDE figures. Originally, Jun Planning had a deal with Diamond Distributors to bring the figures over to North America (which weren’t cheap), but now Jun Planning joins Medicom and Hot Toys as as part of Sideshow’s strategy of making oversea toys more accessible to the North America market (it sure beats shelling out big bucks on ebay and other sites for imports). The list of figures includes fully articulated representations of Victor (17″ tall), Victoria (14″ tall), and the Corpse Bride (16″ tall, with bridal bouquet), as well as other characters and variations on the above figures.

No word on any pricing or immediate releases, so stick around for when the announcements are made.
