Props to Producer Theresa E. Schifrin for sending news our way that to coincide with
ABOMINABLE (Read
Arrow’s Review Here) being released to DVD October 3rd, not only will there be a two-night screening of the film at the prestigious Alamo Drafthouse in Texas at the 2006 Fantasic Film Festival, there will also be a DVD release party the same day ABOMINABLE stomps its way onto shelves.
The screenings for F3 will also be host to the stars of the film in Haley Joel and Ryan Schifrin, as well as Ms. Schifrin herself. All three will have an impromptu Q&A after the screenings, so stick around afterwards. Showtimes for the film are: Friday, Sept. 22nd at 3:45pm, and Saturday, Sept. 23rd at 11:30pm.
Getting back to the release party, which will be held at Dark Delicacies in Burbank, CA, Theresa also informs us that they’re in the process of getting the entire cast to come by and sign DVDs. The rest of the cast includes names such as Lance Henriksen, Dee Wallace and Jeffrey Combs, for those who need reminding. The party starts at 7:00pm, so send the kids to bed early.
