Following in the footsteps of UNDEAD in terms of Aussie horror, director Stuart Simpson comes at us with THE DEMONSAMONGUS.
Produced by Lost Art Films, DEMONSAMONGUS is an indie flick set in rural Victoria, Australia on the eve of Christmas. A dude named Joe Melton moves to Miranda Falls in order to get away from the hectic city life, but soon finds out that the seemingly tranquil town is actually infested with demons.
Accused of murder and with demons on his ass (figuratively, mind you), Joe has to enlist the help of the only other person who witnessed what happened, a girl named Kylie Fitzgerald, and try to get out alive. Meanwhile, a psychotic ad exec from the U.S. is drawn to the town by ol’ Scratch himself, who tries to convince the man to allow him to be the host for his world domination.
