Rock & Roll Horror

There’s proving to be a lot of Film Festivals going on right about now, including the Seattle International Film Festival and the SF Indie presented horror film festival, Another Hole in the Head in San Francisco. If you go to any film fest this year, this is the one to go to!

Running for one week from June 8th (that’s tomorrow!) through the June 15th, Another Hole in the Head is looking to showcase an assload of horror features, including THE BEAST, BLOOD DEEP, THE GRAVEDANCERS, ROOM 6, MEATBALL MACHINE, BROKEN, THE LOST, THE CHAINSAW MASSACRES and FEED just to name a few. Now that’s what I call a line-up!

All features will be showcased at the Roxie Theater, and you can see when and where by clicking HERE. But what’s even cooler than the line up of movies they have planned? How about the Rock & Roll Horror Show that kicks off the festival on Thursday night? One of my favorite bands of all time are playing, the band of goddamn heroes – ARNOCORPS. Their songs are all tributes to Arnold Schwarzenegger films, including such classics like PREDATOR, TOTAL RECALL and TERMINATOR! Do yourself a favor, visit their MySpace Page and their OFFICIAL SITE, listen to a few of their songs (and pay attention to the lyrics- they’re great), and if you’re a fan of Arnold, you’ll be a fan of ARNOCORPS!

For more information on this kick ass Film Fest/ Rock&Roll Show, go ahead and click HERE, and don’t wait- if you’re in the S.F. area, this is gonna be one fest you do not want to miss!
