Carnies Wrapped

We got word today from fellow psychopath Lee Perkins that the Toxic Shock TV produced horror flick CARNIES wrapped this weekend. Perkins stars along side horror legend Reggie Bannister (PHANTASM), and Chris Staviski, in the a story that promises to entertain anyone who’s a fan of the original FREAKS.


You can check out the flick’s Official Site, which has a whole hat load of images from the film, as well more info. on what the hell the whole thing’s about. All I needed to know is that it’s about carnies– that right there tells me it’s gonna be entertaining and creepy as hell!


We’ve also been told that director Brian Corder, Perkins and other cast members are going to be at Fangoria’s upcoming Weekend of Horrors in Burbank, CA (that’s this coming weekend June 2-4). They’ll be there to chat it up with fans, and showcase the new trailer, a few props, and even a few carnie acts- like a dude who can swallow swords and they might even have a cooch girl or two… whatever that means. If you’re in the area, or have plans to be at the event, why not meet a few ‘cooch girls’, as well as the rest of the CARNIES? Should be fun times, indeed.
