gave us all the heads up today about director Alexandre Aja’s next trip behind the camera: the horror film INTO THE MIRROR for Regency Enterprises. And according to , the flick is a of a 2003 Korean film of the same name.
So what’s it about? A department store security guard investigating strange deaths that occur in front of the store’s mirrors. Pretty much any death caused by a mirror is strange in my book… he later finds that the reflections are pissed off and looking for revenge. Now how’s that for having a shitty day? Your own reflection hates you enough to kill you. Yikes!
Interesting move on Aja’s part, running with yet another sequel, but as kicked my ass, I’m all for him taking another stab at one! Not to mention how absolutely f*cking creepy this premise is- definately time to check out the original…
No word on when MIRROR will start filming, or who will be starring (my vote goes for Joanna Krupa here, as she already has mirror experience…), but we’ll keep you posted as we hear it!
