Feast on this DVD

Like you, I’ve been wondering when the Weinstein’s were going to get off their asses and release last seasons Project Greenlight feature FEAST on the big screen. We heard rumors of it being in January… which obviously didn’t pan out somewhere along the line. So what now?


Creature-Corner heard star Judah Friedlander on The Opie & Anthony Show (XM Radio) say that FEAST will be hitting theaters this October in limited release midnight movie form, with a DVD release soon to follow.


There’s nothing official about this news, and it could all be bullshit for all we know, but it could be true, and as the studio doesn’t want to lose a lot of money on this deal (like all the previous Project Greenlights), it would make sense to at least release the flick, however limited, then slamming it onto DVD. That seems to be where the big money’s at for B-movies these days anyway, and at this point, who cares? I just want to see the f*ckin’ thing, regardless of how.
