Scary 4 Goodies!

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. The unveiling of the final poster and trailer for the upcoming 4th installment to the SCARY MOVIE franchise. Oh yes, oh boy, oh fun… great.

Rope of Silicon has the full blown poster for the genre spoof- and from what I can tell, they’re rippin’ on WAR OF THE WORLDS, THE GRUDGE, SAW, THE VILLIAGE, KING KONG, and a few others that I don’t get, namely what Carmen Electra’s hot ass is spoofing. Holy crap guys, do you think you could squeeze a bit more into this poster?!? I’m so over stimulated here, I don’t even know what to do with myself! It’s like the posters for SCARY MOVIE, SCARY MOVIE 2 and SCARY MOVIE 3 all wrapped into one! Yeouch!

Whatever happened to those awesomely simple teaser posters that PART 4 rocked so hard? That was the way to go… this, eh… not my thing. But on to the trailer! It’s like a Steven Speilberg movie at first… then it goes down hill from there. Actually, I hate to admit this, I really do, but it looks pretty damn funn! Gotta love Leslie Neilson as the President of the United States (very fitting), although Shaq and Dr. Phil did nothing for me. Made me yawn, actually.
