As if you didn’t have enough reason to check out Eli Roth’s HOSTEL this weekend, then go knowing you’ll most likely be able to check out the trailer for the upcoming Kane fright flick SEE NO EVIL.
And as if that’s not enough, today the OFFICIAL SITE is up for SEE NO EVIL, which is loud, flashy and enough to make you overlook the fact that a wrestler is headling this movie. I mean, whoa- we just might have a new movie maniac on our hands!
Of course, checking it out, I keep thinking of Wes Craven’s SHOCKER, and we all know how that turned out. But that’s probably just due to the beefy bald white man look the charactors are sharing.
After the initial flash intro though, this site ain’t all that. It’s bare bones and boring for the most part. You can join a forum, or you can check out the trailer for HOSTEL while you’re there- but don’t even try and look for EVIL’s trailer, because it ain’t there. I’ve looked.
The cool thing though, we have reasons why this puppy’s rated R! You heard me right, an R rated slasher film! Who knew these still even existed? SEE NO EVIL’s rated R for Strong Gruesome Violence and Gore throughout, Language, Sexual Content and Some Drug Use. What’s not to love there?
Say what you will, but I must admit this flick looks like it will be a fun time all around. Maybe not necessarily a good movie, but a fun one. SEE NO EVIL hits theaters May 19th.
