Clive Barker may well be the most sick and twisted fiction writer of all time- he even beats out horror novel ninja Stephen King when it comes to writing some seriously f*cked up sh*t- whcih is why we’re all big fans of the guy! I mean seriously, read any book of his, and you’ll be hooked!
Bloody-Disgusting got the heads up that Barker’s ‘Pig Blood Blues’, a short story from the BOOKS OF BLOOD anthology is going to be adapted into a movie! Anthony Di Blasi, of Serphim Films, is helming this beast, and is looking to start filming either late spring or early summer 2006!
If some of you aren’t privy to BLUES, it’s basically about this juvenille detention facility where all this f*cked up sh*t happens, including giant pigs eating a loner, and the loner’s soul taking over the pigs body. Pretty awesome story, and should be a pretty awesome movie at that!
