George Clooney (FROM DUSK TIL DAWN) and StevenSoderbergh (OCEAN’S 11) have made some pretty sweet flicks in their day, so when it came out that their production company Section 8 (which also produced THE JACKET, starring the ever hot Keira Knightley) is gearing up for a new slasher flick to start filming in Vancouver, I just about blew me load!

But are we talkin’ about a smart movie here? Well, from the sounds of it, WIND CHILL is gonna be your typical road trip slasher/ghost movie… and that’s not a bad thing! Check out the description from

The story concerns a pair of college students driving home for the holidays who break down on an isolated stretch of road, where they are terrorized by the spirits of people who died there.

Gregory Jacobs is directing this flick, from a script by Steven Katz and Joe Gangemi. CHILL sounds like a barrel of fun and then some, and since they’re filming in February, I’m smelling a Halloween release! Count me in for that trip! Stay tuned as we’ll keep you posted on anything and everything regarding WIND CHILL!!!
