I really only feel OK about reporting on this because it’s Friday and I know you all will be able to drink the pain away. According to The Hollywood Reporter there’s going to be a sequel to WHITE NOISE, subtitled THE LIGHT. Groan.
As to the concept, let’s just call it FINAL DESTINATION 4:
A man’s family is murdered and he is brought back from the brink of death. The man realizes he has changed and can now identify those among the living who are about to die. When he tries to save people from their fate, he discovers there is a price to paid for interfering with the natural order of life and death.
