Hey fellow gore fiends! Arrow here in Sitges Spain to cover
the 2005 Sitges
Film Festival for JoBlo.com/AITH! Just got the good news today
that no other than Quentin Tarantino will show up at the Festival to
present Eli Roth’s HOSTEL. Yes, I’m beyond excited! The King of
Kool presents a film by the King of New Age Gore. I’m hip! If I can
shake Quentin’s hand, have a drink with Viggo and grab Jodie Foster’s ass, I’ll
be a happy hombre.
Why is my tongue sticking out? Cause I’m an idiot!
I arrived in Sitges a couple of days early to take in the
wonder that is Spain and here’s what I learned
thus far for those who care. No clocks anywhere, lots of peeps dressed in black,
mucho bikinis, groovy nude beaches, a romantic setting (too bad I’m solo),
courteous folks and a love for “cervesa” that I could relate to. Although
their burgers were so-so, their women were to die for! I’m talking Ping Pow
and Ping! WOW! With that so expertly covered, behold my MOVIE
HIT LIST in terms of the celluloid trips I want to wrestle on this
journey. Wish me luck to see and review them all! I’ll need it!
