Holy crap- is October really just around the corner? Like, Saturday? Where has the time gone…. Anyway, October means Halloween, and Halloween means scary movies- and Encore’s hookin’ us all up with FEAR FEST: 31 NIGHTS OF HORROR!
So what does this mean? Well, every night at 8 o’clock for the entire month of October, Encore will show a different horror flick- yeah, 31 different scary movies all month long- no repeats!
And the kicker? They’re premiering Tobe Hooper’s TOOLBOX MURDERS this Saturday, Oct. 1st! Yeah, baby! Here’s what Michael Ruggiero, VP of programming and sceduling had to say: “This is the ultimate Halloween-themed programming stunt, which promises to be the start of a heart pounding, nail biting annual event. Encore is flexing its horror muscles showing the films uncut and commercial-free, like no other network can.”
