New WOTW Trailer

If you head over to DreamWorks Fansite you can check out the epic new Japanese trailer for this summer’s WAR OF THE WORLDS!

Click HERE to check it out in all of it’s Quicktime glory. It’s crazy, they managed to pack in more epic destruction, while at the same time more human drama in this one trailer than any of the other trailers we’ve seen here in North America.

Before, I was cheering for the aliens blowin’ shit up… but here, it actually made me feel kinda bad that all these people were dying. Softer music, more emphasis on the chaos and plain human emotion that would accomodate alien invasion… least to say, it’s pretty frickin’ sweet!
