Paris Waxcast

I’m not sure what this says about the film, but this is definately a first… Looks like Paris Hilton is hosting a ‘podcast’ in preperation for the release of Dark Castle’s HOUSE OF WAX.


If you’re like me, and you think you’re hip until you read ‘podcast’ and realize you must be out of the loop cause you have no clue what the hell a podcast is… PODCAST is a way for all those with portable MP3 playing devises (iPods, etc…) a chance to catch broadcasts sent straight to their unit…



In this case, THE PARIS HILTON PODCAST- COUNTDOWN TO HOUSE OF WAX, you’d join Paris and friends as she shops, parties, poses and publicizes in the days leading up to the May 6 opening of HOUSE OF WAX.



So if you feel like you don’t get enough of Paris on the internet, on every trashy magazine cover, on Fox, or on MTV… she can now invade your iPod. Oh joy.



If you head over to WAX’s Official Site to check out how you can catch the ‘podcast’ with Paris (be sure to turn the sound off, as there’s a very annoying jingle promoting the whole thing). This new breed of cross-marketing begins April 29th, one week before WAX’s theatrical release date of May 6th.
