If you’re like me, after you saw FATAL ATTRACTION, two things have stuck with you ever since: (a) that if you break up with a girfriend, you’re bound to find a bunny boiling on your kitchen stove, and (b) that Glenn Close is a crazy bitch.
FEAR, with Marky Mark in the Glenn Close role was pretty much a remake of ATTRACTION, but ContactMusic found out that there are talks of actually remaking FATAL ATTRACTION!
So put this near the top of the why remake? list, alongside EVIL DEAD and THE HITCHER. There’s already talks of casting the films psychopath lead with Kelly Carlson (below), the deranged model from T.V.’s NIP TUCK.
You know they’ve gone too far on the remake bandwagon when a Hollywood Blockbuster only 18 years old is up for a Hollywood remake. I mean jesus, Micheal Douglas and Glenn Close are as big stars now as they were then!
No news when the next bunny gets it, but you’ll be the first to know.
