Looks like Ed Sanchez’s PROBED isn’t the only new horror treat to look forward to from one of THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT co-directors. Dan Myrick is working on a new flick for Endgame Entertainment called SOLSTICE. It’s a psychological thriller about a young girl who uncovers a disturbing secret about her twin sister who committed suicide a few months before.
Twins, suicide, secrets…it all sounds sweet! Even better, it will be shot in the bayou’s of Louisiana. Not only does that do my heart good from a nostalgia standpoint (spent my high school years down there…what up EHS!), but those bayou’s are f*cking scary!
Plus I’m curious about any project coming out of Endgame Entertainment whose recent slate of films includes WHITE NOISE, HOTEL RWANDA, and BEYOND THE SEA – making them the most random and difficult to anticipate production/financing company I’ve come across in a while.
