Fangoria reports that Philip Creager (THE A-LIST) will explore another excuse for all those commitment-phobic playas out there with his next feature, DEATH BY ENGAGEMENT. The concept tracks a cursed engagment ring which causes the horrible death of anyone who wears it. So we get to look forward to a long line of desperate-to-be-married, soon-to-be-corpses.
Sounds like a good way to cool the jets of your lady love if she’s trying to get a ring before you’re ready, eh?
Now outside of the fun plot and great title, we also get to look forward to none other than P.J. Soles (HALLOWEEN, CARRIE) in a starring role. Joining that lovely genre legend is the ridiculously good-looking Christa Campbell (2001 MANIACS), plus Iyari Limon (BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER) and Sascha Knopf.
