Shimizu’s next Grudge

International horror director Takashi Shimizu has announced that he will be back for THE GRUDGE 2 for Ghost House Pictures.

Right after the announcement that Senator International, AKA Senator International, has been boughtout by and changed to Mandate Pictures. Mandate is the head production label for Ghost House Pictures. See how that all works? It doesn’t mean anything for us, more like an FYI.

Also slated for Mandate/Ghost House’s lineup of upcoming horror flicks: DIBBUK BOX, SCARECROW, THE EVIL DEAD (those motherf*ckers), and 30 DAYS OF NIGHT. At least their hookin’ up the genre flicks, even if they are raping a classic. No word on when GRUDGE 2 will start filming, as they have yet to come up with a script. But at least we know it’s going to be in good hands.
