I’ve always been a fan of the Roger Corman gimmick scare flicks of the 50’s, with Vincent Price in his prime as the badass he really is. Maybe that’s why I’m kind of excited to see Dark Castle’s modern day remake of HOUSE OF WAX. Or, maybe I’m just excited to see Paris Hilton on the big screen… getting slaughtered (if we’re lucky)!
The new flick is directed by Jaume Serra, and the official site is now up and running (you can check it out here). Sure, there’s not much there, except the font of the flicks title. But hey, you got to start somewhere! HOUSE hits theaters this April, but will not be in 3-D like the original.
