Rourke, Diggs, and Uberuaga to star in supernatural horror film Mammon

Mickey Rourke, Taye Diggs, and Jessica Uberuaga have signed on to star in the supernatural horror film MAMMON, which will mark the feature directorial debut of Isaac Walsh.

Walsh also wrote the screenplay for the film with Tyler Clair Smith, crafting a story that follows

a struggling young couple who are chasing the American dream, and soon realize that their worst nightmare is the demonic spirit in their new home. Mammon is the Biblical word for the worship of wealth, and the couple discover that getting rich can come at a hefty price.

Filming is expected to begin in Southern California next month.

MAMMON is being produced by Mike Hatton through his company Ton of Hats. Glen D. Smith, Gary Smith, and Gary Smith Jr. of MHI Investments serve as executive producers alongside Michael Walker, Garrett Zinke, Ryan McDonald, Asko Akopyan, and Framework Entertainment's Kimberly Hines.

The cast is solid and I look forward to seeing what Walsh is able to accomplish.
